| Plastic Description | Opto: One of the worlds most durable plastics, it comes in a variety of beautiful translucent colors. The Opto Line plastic has been developed to withstand severe punishment and extreme conditions better than other plastics. Opto Moonshine: For a few selected disc models in the Opto Line plastic, we have added a translucent material for a glow-in-the-dark effect. When playing disc golf during night time, all you need is to grab your flashlight, or any other strong light source, and charge up the glow properties of the plastic, making it easier to find your disc even on nights when the Moon doesn’t Shine. Gold: Gold Line is our premium blend plastic. The start of the mix has been the same brand plastics used in Opto Line but we added a different polymer to give it better grip without losing the excellent durability of Opto Line. Gold-Ice: Gold-Ice is a premium blend of plastics that provides a stiffness between Gold and Gold-X. It has great durability, and more overstable flights compared to regular Gold. Recycled: This is a mix of reprocessed material from Opto and Gold Line discs that have come up short during quality control. Recycled discs are usually slightly less stable than Opto and Gold discs, and they also break in a bit faster. Retro: Great grip and beginner friendly flights. This is the perfect plastic blend for your first disc. This is also our most affordable plastic. For a long time we have had requests to make discs that break in more easily. Test after test led us to this plastic blend that we have named Retro Royal Sense: Thhe Latitude 64 Royal Line takes disc golf quality one step further the innovative NexEdge and NexFeel technologies. The days of sharp flashing are gone as the NexEdge process provides a buttery-smooth feel to the bottom and outer parts of the rim. NexFeel is our new polish technology enhancing the grip and feel of the whole disc surface. Royal Grand: Grand is the durable premium plastic in our Royal Line. Grand has great grip that will not fail you, no matter the outside circumstances. It features a soft feel and a rigid rim with perfect flex. Royal Grand Orbit: Orbit is Grand with our spectacular two-color process that opens up a whole new world of color combinations.
