We classify fairway drivers with the speeds of 7 to 10. A fairway driver will help you achieve the distance you are craving but you will lose less control in the bargain the higher you go. A beginner should start by choosing discs with plenty of “Turn” (these numbers range from -1 to -5 with the later being the most) which fights the fade and keep the disc from fading out. As the players’ form improves they will look to discs with less “Turn”, keeping their older discs in the bag for when they need rollers.
Recommended: Prodigy F7 or F9 for beginners. For the more experienced, The Feedback, FX3, FX4 & Shadowfax are the amazing performers.
